    70.4 triathlon - designed as early season training race to get your season started.

    Sprint race - Created for the "newbie" first time racer interested in a true Swim - Bike - Run race. Swim is in the Bay where the water is calm

    LONG COURSE 70.4 TRIATHLON

    COST:   $210 as of 2/15/2024

    START:  7AM

    DISTANCE:  SWIM 2200yd   BIKE 56mi   RUN 13.1mi

     

    SUPER SPRINT DISTANCE TRIATHLON

    COST:  $145.00

    START:  2 Wave start Times 7:45 and 8 am

    DISTANCE:  SWIM 500yd   BIKE 9-mile,  RUN 4mi

     

    TRANSITION AREA:  Bayshore & Ocean Blvd.

    8:00 am Wave 2 - Super Sprint Distance Triathlon Swim Start

    11:30 am - Sprint Awards 

    Noon 70.4 Bike Cut-off

    1:30 pm 70.4 Long Course Awards
