    RUN, WALK, or ROLL  RU ABLE? Duathlon is a competition for athletes of all abilities.

    For nearly a decade RU ABLE? has brought both athletes of all abilities together for a day of fun competition and motivation to keep moving! Participation in this event helps IM ABLE deliver adaptive equipment and inclusive programming for athletes with disabilities. 

    The courses wind through Wyomissing, PA's beautiful park system and the iconic Reading Boulevard.  

    Individual & Team Options available: 
    - Sprint Distance Duathlon:  2.5K Run, 6.5 Mile Bike, 2.5K Run 
    - Olympic Distance Duathlon: 5K Run, 16 Mile Bike, 5K Run 
    - 5K 

    *New This Year: OPERATION LEAD FROM THE FRONT TEAM! 1.5-mile walk
    This team is open to U.S. Veterans & Anyone with a Disability that chooses not to compete in one of the other options. Please note this is a non-competitive team and will not be timed. Participants will have the opportunity to enjoy the course, give high-5's, party with the neighbors, and cheer others on! 
    Operation Lead from the Front is an IM ABLE Foundation program that empowers both veterans and individuals with challenges in this community by linking them in a one-on-one exercise-based relationship. The program is designed to provide these two populations with a mutually beneficial connection fostered through accountability, teamwork, and respect.
