The average donut can have up to 300 calories in it. Running 5K burns around 300 calories. Coincidence? We think not!
Join us in Piedmont Park for the Atlanta Donut Dash on June 15th! Participate in the 5K or the DONUT MILE!
5K: The 5K starts at 9:00am. This course is USATF certified and chip timed. Awards will be given to the top overall m/f, top masters m/f, and 1 deep in each age group (10 & under, 11-14, 15-19, 20-24, ...., 65-69, 70+).
Donut Mile: The Donut Mile will start at 9:45 am. The donut mile consists of eating a donut, then runnning .25 miles. This is repeated 4 times, so each particpant will eat 4 donuts and run 1 mile. Awards will be given to the top overall male and female runners!
After the race, treat yourself to a donut and cold brew coffee at our post race party and awards ceremony!
