    Join the Ann Arbor Track club for their 2nd annual Rose Relay! $10 (free for season pass holders) to run but your date gets to run FOR FREE. What better way to impress your significant other (or soon to be) by taking them to a VERY romantic workout that ends with drinks!? We’ll start the night with a workout: 2x800m (400m jog), 2x600m (400m jog), 4x400m (200m jog), then finish with the 4 x 400 Rose Relay where instead of a baton we pass a rose . (Thorns not included!) Afterwards we will be joined by Bar Bene who will be providing a complimentary non-alcoholic fancy mocktail! What more could you possibly want from life?

    The doors at Bowen Field House open at 7pm with warm-up on your own. The workout begins sharply at 7:30pm. Let us know if you have any questions!
