    PLOT TWIST......Moving to the Spring for 2024.

    26.2 Hours of racing, umm sort of ? 

    8 hours at Lake James with NO paddling

    NCARS will be back at Lake James State Park for this years event again. At the edge of the Linville Gorge area of North Carolina. Racers will also have the option to register for (separately) for a 10 hour race afterwards and / or an 8 hour race after (Sunday). So you could still get in your 26.2 hours of racing for the weekend.

    This 8 hour race will be a little different : NO PADDLING, a bushwhacking O-course and mix of single track and road mountain bike riding, If you have participated in one of our races then you know we like to make it challenging yet suited for every skill level. 

    This will be our 5th year at this site and we look forward to offering another great time in the great outdoors.
