    15-minute swim, 20-minute bike, 20-minute run

    Individual fee:
    Dec-January 15th- $35 Members/$45 Non-Member/$75 Teams 
    January 15th-February 16th- $45/$55/$90

    • 6-week Training: January 9-February 15, 2024
      Coach Joe Rogers
      Training class only $$50-member/$70-non-member
      Training class with race $70-member, $95 non-member

    Beginner to Expert
    Ages 18+

    Participants will receive a T-Shirt and a Medal

    Awards for Top Female and Top Male Finisher

    HERE’S HOW IT WORKS
     Start with a 15-minute swim.
     5 Minute transition to cycle area.
     Cycle on the spin bike for 20 minutes.
     5 minutes to the treadmill.
     Finish with a 20-minute run.
