Description: Gilmont Service Club presents the Jingle Bell Jaunt 5k & 1.5 Mile Walk/Fun Run.  Help us kick off the holiday spirit in Downtown Mt. Gilead.  Wear your favorite Christmas attire/costume, there will be prizes!

All race entries before November 22 will be entered into a drawing for a gift basket donated by Speckled Paw Coffee & Storyteller Book Co.

1.5 Mile Walk/Fun Run Rate: Early Bird Rate Now - Nov 22 = $20

Price Increase Nov 23 - Dec 2 = $25

5k Run: Early Bird Rate Now - Nov 22 = $25

Price Increase Nov 23 - Dec 2 = $30

T-shirt deadline is Nov. 22.  If you register after this date, your shirt is not guaranteed by race day. 

Course: Both races will be on the same course around Mt. Gilead, a race map can be found on our Facebook event page.

Event Timing: This event is not timed, all ages and levels of experience are welcome to participate.

Awards: Prizes will be given to the best 3 costumes and first 3 finishers of each race.

Packet Pick-Up: Race packets will be available on December 1 for pickup at AmberLynn (115 N. Main St, Mt. Gilead) from 3:00-5:00pm.  If you cannot pick up your packet durning this time, packets will be available race morning starting at 7:30am.

T-Shirts: Additional t-shirts are available to purchase at $15/each.  Please email tbyrd008@yahoo.com to place your order.

Bathrooms: Porta Johns will be available on N. Main St.

Parking: Parking will be available at First United Methodist Church (100 N. Main St Mt. Gilead NC, 27306).  Pre-race meet up is on the front church yard between the Speckled Paw Patio and the corner of N. Main St & E. Allenton St. 

All funds raised for the Gilmont Service Club go directly towards Mount Gilead area needs and community projects.

Due to liability issues, no dogs or pets are allowed to participate.
