    Join us for the Seventh Annual Tri Faster/WAC Indoor Triathlon. This fun, all-abilities event takes place at the Wisconsin Athletic Club in Greenfield on Sunday, February 18, 2024.  Athletes will start in waves of eight participants, using a timed format where no one gets left behind.  Waves will start and end each event together on a timed schedule which is as follows:
    • 10:00 Swim (all shallow pool) swim as many laps as you can
    • 10:00 Transition
    • 20:00 Bike - On spin bikes, ride as many miles as you can
    • 5:00 Transition
    • 15:00 Run - On a treadmill, run as many miles as you can

For the love of all that is good and moisture wicking...
